Shadow Minister for Aboriginal Affairs Mr David Harris MP visited the Bila Muuji office yesterday.
Nathan Frank, Manager of the Bila Muuji Drug and Alcohol Network discussed the Bila Muuji Drug and Alcohol program, Social and Emotional Wellbeing in community including the effects that the drought has had on community wellbeing and the need to increase the SEWB workforce in our region.
Nathan also shared his views on the importance of connection to culture particularly for young Aboriginal people, and the need for cultural healing spaces.
