Welcome to Isabella Ulgiati (Bella) who has secured the position of Drug and Alcohol Workforce Specialist with the Bila Muuji Drug and Alcohol Network.

Bella has grown up in Dubbo and has worked in various roles within the community including aged care, disability and mental health. Bella has also completed her Diploma in Nursing, and is very eager to learn and to engage with the community.
