Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Binaal Billa business and will liaise closely with executive management of Yoorana Gunya Family Healing Centre Aboriginal Corporation. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for liaising with funding bodies and government departments relevant to the business to strengthen the business. The purpose of this role is to ensure the business is operating successfully and achieving outcomes for the Aboriginal communities of which Binaal Billa services. The Business Development Manager will be the overall manager of staff within the business ensuring the office remains a professional and friendly business that achieves outcomes for the Aboriginal communities Binaal Billa provides services to.

Administration Assistant
Full Time - Dubbo & Central NSW
Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and operational support to the Business Development Manager and team on day-to-day operations.
The Administration Assistant will work closely with the Business Development Manager and team and will interact with managers and staff across the organisation as required.
Minimal travel will be required.

Manager Drug and Alcohol Network
Full Time - Dubbo & Central NSW
The Manager of the Bila Muuji Drug and Alcohol Network (BMDAN) provides advanced clinical training services to the BMDAN network.
This position manages the Bila Muuji Hub in Dubbo, in which staff provide outreach and telehealth workforce support, specialist medical support, consultancy on complex cases, clinical supervision, and service development for partner Aboriginal Health Services in the Murdi Paaki region.
This position also supports primary healthcare partners to develop, implement, and evaluate local plans to improve service coordination, deliver drug and alcohol interventions, and develop workforce and community capacity.
Please note that regional NSW travel is required in this role on a regular basis
